Throughout the internship, you&#8217;ll take on a range of responsibilities designed to enhance your skills and broaden your experience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze structural and architectural drawings to ensure design accuracy and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the design of bolted and welded connections for both gravity and lateral force-resisting systems.<\/li>\n<li>Learn and apply code requirements for wind and seismic lateral systems<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Detailing team to design and model connections in a 3D environment.<\/li>\n<li>Develop detailed site erection plans<\/li>\n<li>Review fabrication and erection drawings to ensure they meet project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the Software Development team to innovate and improve design technology and contribute to the advancement of industry practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why SteelFab?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SteelFab is the nation&#8217;s largest structural steel fabricator and a proud third-generation family-owned business.
